Cancellation Policy

If an event needs to be cancelled due to weather or public-health related incidents:

The host will investigate the possibility of rescheduling the event.
Unfortunately, we expect it will be difficult to do this given the logistics, but we will check into this (it could take a few days to determine)
Who advances in event of a cancellation:
1. For League Meets, this is not an issue. All teams progress to the League Tournament. Teams from this division will have one less event worth of seed matches.
2. For League Tournaments, the same number of teams will advance to the state championship as planned. All but one advancement slot will be determined by the league's ranking. The one remaining advancement slot will be randomly drawn.
